Smart Window: the manager's single pane — how the dashboard works and what it shows

A management dashboard layered over the systems your company already runs: how it connects, how roles and sections work, what it shows, and what we need from you to get it running.

Smart Window: the manager's single pane — how the dashboard works and what it shows
Коротко
  • What it is — A window over your systems: telephony, bots, CRM, Microsoft 365. It replaces nothing and moves nothing — it shows everything side by side.
  • Access — Sign-in by work email with a code sent to you. There is no self-registration: we add users manually from your list.
  • Two roles — The manager sees everything, a team member only their own section. Other sections are not “forbidden” — they simply are not there.

Smart Window is a management dashboard we build on top of the systems already running in your company: telephony, chatbots, CRM, Microsoft 365, your accounting database, your automations. It replaces nothing and moves your data nowhere — it shows it together, in one place. Below is how it looks from the inside, how it connects, and what we need from you.

When a dashboard is genuinely needed

Three signs tell you a company has outgrown separate tools:

  • The data is there, the answer is not. Calls in one panel, messages in another, orders in the CRM, costs in the accounting system. To answer a simple question — «how did the week go?» — you have to open five tabs and reconcile them in your head.
  • Summaries are made by hand. Once a month somebody assembles a spreadsheet, and every decision rests on it — late, and with copying errors.
  • Deadlines are discovered after they pass. A contract, a quote, a registration, an insurance policy: nobody owns the duty to remember, so the one who remembers is the one who got unlucky.

The dashboard closes exactly that gap: it shows the live picture, highlights where the manager's attention is needed, and reminds you about deadlines on its own.

How it connects

  1. A request and a conversation. You tell us which systems already run and which questions you want answered. We show a demo on your own data, with no commitment.
  2. The dashboard. We set your company up with its own address on sa.sgt.com.ua — of the form /kabinet/company-name, in your brand colours and with your logo.
  3. Sources. We connect wherever the numbers come from: telephony, the bot panel, the CRM, spreadsheets in Microsoft 365, exports from accounting.
  4. Launch. The first view appears in days, not months: one or two sections that hurt the most first, then we build out.

The dashboard works on top of your systems — nothing is torn out of them and nothing is duplicated. If you replace your CRM tomorrow, only the source changes; the window stays the same.

Sign-in and permissions

You sign in with your work email: enter the address, receive a message with a code. There are no passwords to invent and store.

There is no self-registration either. Nobody can grant themselves access: we add users manually from your list. For a dashboard that shows money and individual performance, that is not excessive strictness — it is the minimum.

There are two roles:

  • The manager sees everything: every section, every metric, every figure.
  • A team member sees only their own section — what concerns their work.

A team member does not even have the left-hand panel with the other sections: not «forbidden to open», simply absent. The difference matters — there is no temptation to test whether it really is forbidden.

How the window is built

On the left, a panel of sections grouped by meaning. On the right, the working area with tables and charts.

  • Every chart has a table twin. The «Table» button shows the same data as numbers — so you can check it, paste it into an email, or verify a column that looks wrong.
  • A link opens the right section. An address with an anchor opens that exact section and scrolls to the spot: handy for sending a colleague a link not «to the dashboard» but to one specific table.
  • Light and dark themes switch with a button in the header; your choice is remembered.
  • On a phone the left panel becomes a row of tabs at the top, and the charts stay readable: labels thin out instead of overlapping.

What the sections usually hold

The set is assembled for each company, but four types recur:

  • Communication channels. How many enquiries arrived, how many the AI agent closed, where a human was needed, what it cost.
  • Documents with deadlines. A register with dates: what is in force, what is running out, what has already expired. The dashboard watches the date itself and reminds you in advance — by a rule we set to fit your process.
  • Equipment and resource costs. When data is collected through a form — a driver entering the readings after refuelling, say — the dashboard computes consumption per unit of distance or work and shows the trend by month.
  • Individual performance. Who did how much, at what pace, and where the bottlenecks appear.

Reminders

The dashboard does not wait for somebody to open it. When a deadline approaches, it emails the responsible person itself — as a single digest, not ten separate notifications.

Before we switch a mailing on, we always run it dry: we compose the very same message, send it to nobody, and show it to you. That is the only way to see what will actually land in people's inboxes before it lands there.

What we need from you

  • Access to the data sources — spreadsheets, CRM, telephony. Exactly those the numbers come from, and read-only where nothing more is required.
  • A list of people and roles — who gets in and what each of them sees.
  • An answer to «what exactly do you want to see?» — the hardest and the most valuable part. A dashboard assembled without that conversation turns out handsome and useless.

A word on honest data: if a source suddenly becomes unavailable — access to a spreadsheet revoked, a key rotated — the dashboard does not pretend everything is fine. It shows the date of the last successful check, and a stale date is impossible to miss.

What the dashboard does not do

  • It does not keep source documents. It reads what has already been created in your systems and does not become one more place where something has to be entered.
  • It does not replace the CRM or accounting. Your team works where it worked; only the place the manager looks from changes.
  • It does not invent figures. If a number is missing from the source, the dashboard shows it as empty rather than approximate.

How to start

Send a request through sa.sgt.com.ua or write to info@sgt.com.ua. At the first meeting we will show the dashboard using your business as the example and pick together which section to start with — usually the one people ask about most often in meetings.
